Prada went for a trippy video to catalogue their Spring Summer 2012 Lookbook. Using 100% handmade collages they showed us looks of nostalgia of hot rodding, golfing, pick-nicking and the space race as well as using a touch of 50s movie scenes.

Agyness Deyn teaming up with Dr. Marten
Miss Deyn is not only a model turned actress but she’s now dipping her feather into the fashion designing ink as well. She told WWD “The brand is a great fit for me, as it stands for strong character and being able to shape your own personal identity”. Agyness has also ventured into our local market for retail group Mr. Price, she modelled for them in their 031 range and as rumours have it also helped out with the styling.

Elie Saab – Paris Fashion Week
Perfectly tailored outfits. Long lines. Feminine. Soft. Those are the words that come to mind when I saw what Elie Saab had to offer at Paris Fashion Week.

Louis Vuitton – Paris Fashion Week
What do you think about Marc Jacobs’ work for Louis Vuitton at Paris Fashion Week?
True to the 1920’s style of travel there were, feathered hats, leather gloves, embellished big buttoned coats and bags, lots and lots of bags.

Alexander McQueen – Paris Fashion Week
McQueen’s blonde cyborg army stepped onto the stage with girly feathery looks. We saw skater skirts, fitted coats all nipped in with belts which walked the runway. All outfits had matching shoes, from the feathery read to the light shades of purple and pink. Wonder which one Miss Gaga will wear for her next outing?
